Her journey began in the bustling kitchens of The Lalit Hotel in Calcutta, where an internship sparked a lifelong love for the art of baking. With her heart set on mastering her craft, she flew across the globe to the Culinary Institute of America, NY, where she immersed herself in baking and pastry arts.
Determined to take her craft to the next level, she pursued an advanced pastry course at Ferrandi Paris, the world-renowned French culinary school. It was here, amidst the art and discipline of modern French patisserie, that the vision for Crumb and Co took shape.
Today, Crumb and Co is the culmination of Shikha’s journey—a brand that brings the elegance of French desserts to life, while staying true to her belief in quality, artistry, and heartfelt baking.
